Cookeville Home Inspection is here to assist you with your home inspection needs. Whether you require a buyer’s inspection or simply want an inspection to verify that your existing house is being properly maintained, We can be relied on to provide outstanding services.
I’m a licensed home inspector that is dedicated to assisting you in finding any existing or potential issues with your current house or one you’re looking at purchasing.
I am focused on education and aim to provide you with all of the information you require about the property in question as well as its overall condition. During the inspection process, my clients are welcome to walk through the home with me and ask any questions they may have.
After your inspection is done, Cookeville Home Inspection will take you through a comprehensive, multi-point checklist to verify that no stone is left unturned, and I’ll go through the home’s overall condition and systems with you and your agent.
We will also create a comprehensive report, delivered online via HTML or in PDF format, documenting all of my findings and including pictures, references, and additional information. This document will be accessible to you in both desktop-friendly and mobile versions so that you can stay up to date on your situation even when you’re on the move.
